Trent from Punchy; monetising viral videos.



The creators have made $15,000 profit from selling t shirts. I was surprised to hear that they had made so much money from this. I cannot think of another way of monetising this not so politically correct media property that would bring this much profit. Any ideas?

But seriously, wow. I too am amazed, I didn't think that many people would buy tees! Perhaps the range could be extended but I don't see why this isn't a feasible business model, the only problem is no guarantee.

Using words of your own, you can't guarantee this content would go viral and without that you couldn't sell many tees.
